BREAKFAST: 2 slices MultiGrain Toast with SM (Soy Margarine), Water

LUNCH: Amy’s Non-Dairy Vegetable Pot Pie, Water
SNACK:
DINNER: Vegetarian Chicken Salad, 2 slices Seven Grain Toast, Tomato, Spinach with Soy Margarine, Snapple Diet Half & Half
SNACK: Apple; Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Chips and Diet Snapple Half & Half with Seltzer
NOTES:
9:10 am - Woke about a little before my 7 am alarm. While in bed, checked email & twitter, read some News… had no doubt that I’d dance. There are 47 days until Easter; 6 1/2 weeks. Ideally I’d like to lose 15 pounds in that time; I’ll be quite happy with 10. I’m starting at 225.
6:00 pm - Didn’t put on TV until around Noon. Made the other pillow for my bed. Did some laundry. Picked up Kabuki Mooshu, V2, Little B, Trixie from the animal hospital. Went to church for Ash Wednesday service. Then did some grocery shopping. A busy, productive day. May, MAY, vacuum later.
