EXERCISE: Danced in AM - 36 minutes BREAKFAST: 1 thicker slice of Seven Grain Bread, SG, Frozen Grapes, Water SNACK: LUNCH: Vegan Turkey Sandwich with MultiGrain Toast, L & T, Vegenaise, Pretzels, Fresca/Seltzer SNACK: DINNER: Chinese Take Out - Vegetable Low Mein & Vegetable Fried Rice, Seltzer SNACK: About 3/4 pint of Cookie Dough Ice Cream NOTES:
First Week
I weighed in today… I lost 4 pounds. Way cool. I’m happy with 2 lbs a week. Hey, I’d be happy with a pound a week.
I exercised 4x this week as planned; all dancing. This next week I’d like to add 2 outside walks. It’s just not convenient to walk on the treadmill at work.
Eating… I need to cook some meals. Will find a recipe or two for this next week....

Once Again
It saddened me when I realized Sidney wasn’t going to the City.
What had happened?
What did she do or not do?
Were they being too hard on her or did she deserve it?
Why does it seem so hard for Sidney to do the right thing? What we expect & want her to do.
Why doesn’t she realize that things would be better and easier for her if she does.
I wish I could help her see...
