Early to Bed, Early to Rise

I went to bed around 8:30 and woke up around 2, stayed in bed to 3:15. Why? To watch the Women’s Final at the Australian Open, of course. Serena won in 3 sets against Justine Henin; she also won last year. She’s won 5 times here. With this win, Serena ties Billie Jean King with 12 majors. I so love tennis !!!

I may get one this year. $70/month is so steep since I currently use TMobile prepaid for a cost of $25 every 2-3 months. But… my car loan will be paid off in 2 months, all credit cards will be paid off next month except for Best Buy (will be in August; could be sooner really but since it’s no interest, why bother). I got my new battery for my MacBook. It’s charging up now. Tomorrow I’ll calibrate it. I’ve been wanting a new battery for over a year and I’m psyched to finally have one.

Almost Free

Got $100 Amazon Gift Card from reward points from a credit card. Just ordered a new battery for my MacBook. For about a year, I got about half an hour with it. Now it’s completely dead.

So... I Want to Lose 80 Pounds

January 1st I began again. I’ve been exercising everyday and eating vegan. I’ve been cooking my meals and it’s been fun. Thank God for leftovers. Tomorrow I’ll be making some Hummus. I love Garbanzos.

I Can See

The new kitchen light was installed today and boy is it bright in there now. So much better than it was but it may be too bright. It has 3 long fluorescent tube bulbs in it; I may take out the middle one. My Mother is very happy.
