Early to Bed, Early to Rise

I have to be at work at 5 am tomorrow. The woman I nanny for is having surgery in the morning.

I’m going to try to go to sleep at 9 pm. I will read beforehand. That always makes me sleepy.

I went through a few bags in my basement and threw out four bags of old clothes and stuff.

I spoke with Bill, the father, about me having to sell the house due to high real estate taxes. He said don’t do it. Get a Home Equity Loan for say 3 years of taxes, make some small improvements to the house, take a nice vacation, then if I still have to sell the house in a few years, I’d get much more than I could get now, in the depressed real estate market.

Will definitely look into this and I must talk to Joey, my brother.

I hope this will work out. I do not want to sell my house!!!

My Car, My Money

Paid $540 plus tax for front & rear brakes, alignment, and oil change. Wowza!!! Pretty sure that I paid double for the brake parts. Does a repair shop let you bring parts in? I wonder.

I bought a FitBit on Sunday.  I like it a lot.  I got it to motivate to move more throughout the day.  I have been exercising 4x week, but other than that, I’m pretty sedentary.  When worn on your wrist with the included wristband at night, it can give info on how you sleep too.  Cool!
I got it from Best Buy with a $15 Reward Zone Coupon.  See… I saved money ;)
